Say what you really think about the RBA or the banks, and check the take against your own rules before you post it. It's the confidence to have a view on camera without second-guessing every sentence.
Your rules are yours: write them in your own words, and add your aggregator's.

Honestly, I think the RBA waited too long on this one. And one lender I use has 5.89 per cent on a two-year fixed

Anyone can post about money. Brokers are trained, work under a credit licence and answer to rules, and that's what makes your explanation worth hearing. The regulator wants Australians better informed. The government and the industry see brokers as part of that.

Plenty of brokers hold back because they think having a view is the risky part. For home loans, what the rules care about is a rate quoted without its comparison rate, a promise you can't back up, or a prediction sold as certain. ASIC doesn't publish examples of approved posts, because each one depends on what's in it. That leaves a lot of room for your own view and your own experience.

If you're unsure how far to go with a view on rates or the banks, film it and run the check. You'll see which lines touch your rules, and you can try it another way while the idea is still fresh. Most of the time the opinion stays and only the certainty changes.

Tention suggests the question and checks your answer, but it never writes what you say, so there's no AI script to fact-check before it goes out under your name. ASIC has warned that AI-written ads can invent things, and whoever posts them is still responsible.
The brand check hears what you say in the video. It doesn't read captions or on-screen text, and no check catches everything, so you always make the final call. If your licensee or aggregator reviews your marketing, that still applies.
