Today I want to talk about your credit file, because a lot of people don't realise what's actually on it. When you apply for a home loan, lenders look at your repayment history, any defaults, how often you've applied for credit lately and the limits on your cards. So before you apply, it's worth getting a copy of your report and checking it's right. If you'd like help going through yours, send me a message and we'll look at it together.
